Hi. I'm Caitlin (and no you may not shorten it to Cate, Kate, Katie, or any variations of that, because my name is Caitlin). I just graduated from high school and will soon become a freshman in college. I dabble in art of all sorts. Drawing is fun, though I mostly do abstract stuff. Photography is kind of my main artistic hobby, and I carry my camera with me everywhere.
As for my other art, I like weaving and making bracelets with various knots as well as beads. I've worked a little bit with pinhole photography which is really fun. (It's pretty much what was used before modern day cameras were invented.) Marbling amuses me. Painting is fun, though I could use a little more work on it. And doodling is a constant activity as long as there's paper/skin/large flat surface and pen/pencil/anything that can make a mark around.

I'm kinda sorta back... I know it's been a looooong while since I was really active on here. But thanks to a certain someone who is totally and completely awesome, I am now the proud owner of an iPad and an Intuos Pen and Touch tablet. My creative juices are flowing again, and with the help of vastly improved tools and the reduced cost (since I no longer have to invest in sketchbooks, pencils, and expensive artist's markers in order to create) I've been doing a little more again.
